Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This policy explains how Metamorp ("we") handles personal data when you use our website and Service.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers you provide at signup.
  • Business data: the business profile, services, and settings you configure.
  • Lead data: information your end customers submit through your public lead form (name, phone, email, and inquiry details). You decide what to collect.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, IP address, and device information used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • generate lead scores, summaries, and follow-up suggestions;
  • process payments and prevent abuse;
  • communicate with you about your account.

3. Roles: controller and processor

For account and business data, we act as the data controller. For the lead/end-customer data you collect through your forms, you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact your leads.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate obligations, including:

  • cloud database and authentication hosting (e.g. Supabase);
  • application hosting and infrastructure;
  • payment processing for paid plans;
  • optional AI providers, only when AI features are enabled;
  • rate-limiting and abuse-prevention infrastructure.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, tenant isolation through row-level security, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data. See our Security page for more.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@metamorp.live. End customers should direct requests to the business that collected their data; we will assist that business as its processor.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in regions outside your own. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
