Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid Metamorp subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed term (monthly or annual). Plans do not auto-renew and there is no auto-debit mandate on your account — your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, after which you can renew with a one-time payment.

2. Cancellation

Because plans are prepaid with no auto-debit, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges — we never bill you again automatically. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you paid for; to stop, simply choose not to renew.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a given plan and we will review a refund request in good faith. After this window, charges for the current and past billing periods are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period via our payment processor.

4. Exceptions

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@metamorp.live with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
