Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Metamorp is a lead capture and follow-up workspace for service businesses. We provide lead scoring, follow-up scheduling, analytics, and a public lead form. Lead scoring and suggested messages are generated heuristically and, where enabled, with AI assistance; they are decision support, not guarantees of outcome.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

You are responsible for collecting and handling the personal data of your leads and customers lawfully, including obtaining any consent required to contact them.

You retain ownership of the business and lead data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We act as a processor of the end-customer (lead) data you collect; you are the controller. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed term (monthly or annual) and do not auto-renew — there is no auto-debit mandate, so you are never charged automatically. Fees are stated on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The Service relies on third parties (for example, database and hosting providers, payment processors, and optional messaging or AI providers). Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead scoring will produce particular business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period in line with our retention practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
